    mobile to pc

hi i have a siemens c60 and am trying to connect it to my pc. I have the correct data suite software and a proper data exchange cable. All is loaded but when i try to connect i just get any error to say the phone is not connected. All the lights flash to say its working. What could i be doing wrong.
    Thanks

when i had a siemens, I had problems connecting it...

have you tried to refresh the window that is open?
    unplugging/re-plugging?
    different cable?
you say you have installed the software, what about the USB driver?

    hi
thanks for coming back, have installed/uninstalled/re-installed. Unplugged/re-plugged. Installed both date suite and data exchange cable. Still nothing. I cant get a window open to refresh but in device manager says cable is connected on com 3 without a yellow question mark and apparantly device is working properly.
Siemens don´t seem to have a website anymroe either- Phone just doesn´t want to talk to comp. Frustrating.........

click start> rt. click "My computer" click properties> go to hardware> device manager

Look under Universal serial bus controllers

can you see any yellow '!' or '?'

    is your device listed?
