went in with my grandad who did most of the talking.... they said they can order a replacement so i said yeh, a reconditioned one? they said yes so i said but that means that it has been sent back because of a fault and been 'repaired' like my first one!! so theyre bound to still have a fault

we tried for money back and replacement for a different model and then even a new phone but the same model.... said they cant do anything!!!

going to phone customer service... write to 'Which?' magazine and possibly talk to a solicitor

im not letting this go, ive payed £180 for a phone, then they blagged me with a refurbished replacement (could be older than my origional one) so im not happy... apperently there are quite a few complaints with the carphone warehouse
