Internet Access Problems

I am running Windows XP Home, and I recently used Spybot Search&Destroy aswell as CWShredder, and now I have no internet access, I am currently using Knoppix to access the internet to post here. I tried the Lsp fix or whatever that was, and it didn't have anything on the remove side. It's been out for like 3 days now and I'm running out of options. Can someone help me?

LSPFix or just open it if you still have it

Double-click to run
Select: (Advanced) "I know what I'm doing"
Select: "lspak.dll" (left pane)
Click the right arrow to bring it to REMOVE (right pane).
Then click the FINISH button. Restart your computer.

Post another log when you're done as there is more to do.

Run VX2Finder9x.exe again.
Click the "Click to find VX2 BetterInternet Button
Select all those files then click Delete files.
Then cick "User Agent$" which will restore the proper one.
Then "Restore Desktop" (Dont be alarmed. The desktop will disapear then reappear again.)
Next click "Import Reg"
Close VX2 finder.

Download Ad-aware from: http://www.lavasoft.de/res/aaw6.exe

Install the program and launch it.

First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files.

Next, we need to configure Ad-aware for a full scan.

Click on the Gear icon (second from the left) to access the preferences/settings window

1. In the General window make sure the following are selected:

Automatically save log-file
Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal
Safe Mode (always request confirmation)

2. Click on the Scanning button on the left and select :

Scan Within Archives
Scan Active Processes
Scan Registry
Deep Scan Registry
Scan my IE favorites for banned URL’s
Scan my Hosts file
Under Click here to select drives + folders, choose:
All of your hard drives

Click on the Advanced button on the left and select:

Include additional process information
Include additional file information
Include environment information
Include additional object details

Click the Tweak button and select:

Under the Scanning Engine:
- Unload recognized processes during scanning
- Include basic Ad-aware settings in logfile
- Include additional Ad-aware settings in logfile
Under the Cleaning Engine:
- Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot

Click on Proceed to save the settings.

Click Start and on the next screen choose Activate in-depth Scan at the bottom of the page and then choose:

Use Custom Scanning Options

Click Next and Ad-aware will scan your hard drive(s) with the options you have selected.

Save the log file when it asks and then click Finish

When finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it. (Right-click the window and choose Select All from the drop down menu and click Next).

Reboot your computer.

Click here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows. Click here to get the latest version of Internet Explorer. It's very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks.

Everything seems to be running fine, except for a random pop up that says "windows messaging" and something about deplomas... and now my trend micro feels the need to update every 5 minutes, but other than that it's all running smoothly...
