Anyone help. I am trying to play a virtual tour from a website of the hotel I will be staying at on holiday but nothing happens. I can view the still photos but not the video. Any idea?

Does it say anything about needing Macromedia Flash Player or Apple Quicktime in order to view the file properly?

Normally when someone makes an animation like a virtual tour, you'll need to have the latest version of the viewer in order to see it. They'll normally tell you and provide a link to the site where the viewer is available.
