In my registry Internet Explorer\About URLS . Navigation Cancelled. res://ieframe.dll/Navcancl. htm is recorded. For some time I have had a problem
with slow internet. Somewhere I have read about Tab missing which is missed at download.
I have actually downloaded IE 8 twice or three times,once accidentally. It seems to be easily activated. Where can I download a complete version without missing tabs please. I last downloaded from Microsoft site. Thanking you

I am not understanding what you mean here. Where in your Registry is this recorded? That is, under what key?

Do you get any errors when you try to install IE8? What version of Windows are you using? Is it fully updated?

As for where to download IE8, I recommend ONLY from Microsoft.

Note if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you should use Internet Explorer 9.
