Firefox on my Laptop is Running over 1million k in memory.. how can I reduce it?

    Firefox on my Laptop is Running over 1million k in memory.. how can I reduce it?

    My firefox is running really really high & i know it is not normal...
    how can i get to reduce it??

    Not sure how harmful it is to be running that high...

    Go through the recommendations there and see if that resolve your problem.
