I can't complete a purchase on the Avanquest Site there are two buttons that won't work the others do and I'm totally baffled.



If I use my wife's computer I can complete the sale.

I have reset the Internet options in Tools and security to no avail

Sadly, you told us NOTHING about your computer, the OS or even which browser you are using. If IE8 or 9, you might try compatibility mode. You might also check your popup blocker settings.

Here are my system details, I am using IE9 with stop popup disabled















There is no compatability option with the Avanquest Web Site

You might try running JavaRA to remove any older versions. Then install Java RTE again.
