Just added those 2 IP addresses at the bottom of the log into my NIS firewall to block them. After that, Internet Explorer couldn't find any web sites so I guess they must be my ISP's DNS servers, lol !

Took them back out and everything's fine.

So, contrary to what that email said, I guess everything's fine now.
