the solution centre is not downloading updates, gathering information , and analysing the system, all i get is fail written on it. Please help getting desperate! Thank you!

Are you getting a particular error code? Have you contacted HP? You really didn't tell us what is going on or anything about your system.

hello was very nervous in case i got things wrong! my OS is Windows 7 My computer make is HP Pavilion model VS 161AA-ABU s 5206uk , I have Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium ( Service Pack 1) my processor is Pentitum (R) Dual- Core CPU E5300 @2.60 GHZ GenuineIntel no major updates, my ram Total Current physical Memory 3.97. my total Current Virtual Memory, Max Memory Capacity 4.00 GM. I dont have any other OS. I feel so foolish as I got the HP Solution Centre wrong, in fact it was HP Support Centre, So I went on to Google (I think) search engine and I found the site where I downloaded the latest HP Support Assistant! THIS WORKED! I am so sorry for being so late but Im only a beginner! I hope this helps?
