XP Status Bar

    XP Status Bar

    I'm not sure if it's just me, or something noone really talks about. It seems to be just a XP thing. When I have a IE window open, and I open a new window with control-N, the status bar is not there.

    Is it just me?

    Open Internet Explorer, click View and make sure Status Bar is checked.

    Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
    It's always checked until I bring up that new window, then I have to manually check it.
