Hi, i have a problem that's been bugging me for months now. My internet suddenly started slowing down. I ran many antivirus scans, cleaned space on my hard drive, but nothing really seems to work. I have wireless internet, my driver is Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter. I am kinda far from the router but this wasn't a problem a few months back. i am thinking that it has something to do with driver settings but i have no idea how to adjust them. When i disable and enable the driver from network and sharing center, it speeds up just a little then suddenly stops(disconnects from internet) or slows down. When it disconnects from internet it says network connected, no internet connection. Please help me out with this problem i cant take it anymore.

If everything else works, and you are sure you your system is free of malware, the I suspect distance is your problem. Sunspots are expected to peak in 2012, with a rise in flare problems beginning late last year. See this 2006 NASA Warning.

You need to move closer, and/or get a better NIC, one that has adjustable antennas, like one of these.
