I am having problems with my internet. It is a Dell laptop Windows 7, Virgin media internet.
It was fine until recently. Now it hangs up on me for no reason and keeps ticking the Work offline box and trying to redial. I end up rebooting the router.
I cant download anything or use You Tube or the i-player as it just goes to the modem dial up box thingy.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great and I am not very techy so could they keep it in laymans terms if possible?
