Hope you can help me. I use virgin media for my internet connection and have recently upgraded my speed to 30 from 20 and bought a superhub router from virgin media - before I was using a motorola router and had 20 speed. The main router goes through a desk top computer which is working fine with the new device and speed. I am having problems with connecting to the internet on the laptop. the Laptop signals that it is connected to the internet and shows a strong signal but the webpages do not come up and I cannot get access to the internet. I can access the internet by using a cable but no wireless connection is possible. I have spent many days with virgin media but the problem is unsolved so far. My laptop is a dell inspiron.
