I don't know where to put this thread so i'll give it a shot here. My wife has been using iwon for her email account for the 6-7 years. Never changed her account settings. Now she can't access it, she gets a message stating wrong password, or wrong user name. When she tries to get information on password the questions asked are her birthday, tells her it is wrong, then tells her that her user name is invalid. Tried to contact iwon but can't. Has anyone encountered this problem.

Hi, are you trying to access the email via an email client like Outlook Express or going directly through their Website?

My wife goes directly to iwon web page and clicks on sigh in. Once she signs in to the site she then tries to log into her email account. She for some reason used two different passwords for iwon. One for the web page and the other for her email address. Should not be a problem seeing as she has been doing this for years

There unfortunately is not much else we can do to help then, you really do need to speak to the service provider directly.

How would I find the service provider? Sure leaves me in a fog.
