    security warnings

I work on winXP and IE8
Every time I enter a commercial site a pop-up appears asking if I want a secure HTTPS connection or not. It returns again and again in the same site, whether answered “yes” or “no”
All my internet options are on “default”
How can I get rid of this pop-ups?
    Please advise
    thanks

What is the exact message? Are you sure it says "connection" and not "content"?

That's what I thought. So were you able to disable the warnings? I see the link I provided earlier is not working right now, so here's another: Disable “View only webpage content delivered securely” security warning (Internet Explorer).

Great! But understand the warnings were popping up for a reason. If you trust the site, no problem, but even legitimate sites can, and sometimes are hacked. Do make sure your system is updated and secure. If not sure, see my sticky, Practicing Safe Computing for a review.
