On some websites i can bearly read the copy because the font is too small. On other occasions i print out info from the site and the font size of the printed copy is too small to read. This happens even when the type size on the website is of correct size.

Hi landmark and welcome. Unfortunately, you failed to tell us anything about your computer, operating system, the printer, or the browser you are using.

In IE when viewing web pages, you can easily enlarge or decrease font size with Ctrl + and Ctrl - respectively. As far as printing, many have found unchecking the "Shrink to Fit" option makes a difference.
