pretty much, we can see the tool bar now you just have to remove it As far as google chrome goes, I wasn't aware the toolbars actually showed up, normally it shows an icon in the upper right. If you downloaded it in google chrome, you can click the wrench in the upper right to view past downloads. See if you can find it there, I don't think its malicious, but you can never tell these days. Let us know as soon as you find the download file, of course, if you can find it there. **EDIT** after reading this, i figured I should explain why I want you to look there. I researched FB-Fans toolbar, and found hardly anything. Sometimes malicious programs can be sneaky and rename the file something else, but like i said before, who knows in todays world. Also have you tried other uninstaller programs like CCleaner or just Add/Remove Programs.
