Now I can't get it to uninstall from my computer. I get this pop-up when I click uninstall.

Did you disable it with Add-on manager before trying to uninstall? If that does not work, try resetting IE clicking Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset.

Well, I don't know what version of IE you are using. Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, but you may click on tools and select Manage add-ons.

Using Google Chrome. Went to Control Panel and Internet Options and found the Add-on manager, but the toolbar is not on the list there.
