I run both browsers on my PC and both are not displaying correctly.

typical types of issue are when at the google start page the search bar is displayed but all the google branding is absent and the buttons are not full displayed.

in other sites most of the rich content is missing with the content displayed in boxes with blue text in them which work as links but are not displayed correctly.

Can anyone help me get the full functionality and correct display reset on my PC?

How long as this been occurring.
If its only just started have you considered system restore back a day or so before it started.
