Lately I receive commercial messgaes as answers to some old threads still active on DAL.
I attached here a copy of the source received today.
This is already second time that a commercial message reaches me, for the first time I simply deleted it.
Please check and advise.

I apologize for this inconvenience. If you subscribed to be notified of new threads, or to threads you have participated in, you will get an email notice whenever someone submits a new post. In this particular case, the scumbag spammer spammed the site with several similar posts before we were able to stop and ban him. We have several anti-spam solutions in place, but sadly, there is no such thing as the perfect anti-spam solution so while we catch most before they do their scumbag thing, we cannot catch all.
As can be seen here that particular user has been banned.
In the future, if you get another such message, if you follow the link to the post and you see it is still there, and it is indeed spam or otherwise offensive, please report it by clicking on the little triangle button on the top-right of each post. This will send a notice to all the moderators so hopefully, one of us will get to it quickly, before someone else is offended.
