when I try to find some solution from Microsoft, I enter in my search engine "support Microsoft". However than I recive on my screen the help page in Hebrew. Yes, my Internet Provider is in Israel, but I work un English and i want to receive the help in this language. What can be done??
I had the same problem with google who gave me my homepage in co.il but i found the solution to this. What can be done with Microsoft?

I assume you've checked Regional and Languages Options in Control Panel
On the Regional Options tab select English(UK) or English(USA) your preference
On Languages Tab select Details button and ensure English(UK) or English(USA) your preference are selected.
On Advanced tab make sure English(USA) is selected
