Hi Friends,
We encounter a problem whenever searching anything on any search engine such as Google or any other search engine, even on amazon.com when searching for books etc. We have an Internet Explorer 8 browser and Microsoft Vista. When clicking search the cursor goes very fast and the site is stuck / locked up then. Nothing will work until we restart our computer again.

What is the problem and how can we possibly fix it? Did anybody encounter the same or similar problem? Any good advice without having to search anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and good day everybody!

Hi artmy

If you restart your PC in Safe Mode with Network then try a search does the problem still occur?
Could you also right click My Computer and Select Manage
In that window click on the plus sign along side Event Viewer and go down to Internet Explorer.
Now in the right hand pane are there any error messages there?
If so could post the full details of error message here
