none of the links work, either within websites or emails messages
I've developed the same problem as Geoff anc can't click on my e.mails.
See if either if these help: Internet shortcuts in Outlook Express do not start Web browser OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default
URL in MS Office or other application now these days are not an issue anymore... try it again
