I'm trying to help my mom here. She switched to fios and they said there was something wrong with her computer and they "rigged" it by using a USB wireless network adapter. She just moved and switched back to cable. They could not connect her computer to the internet. Anyone know what it could be that is wrong with her computer that needs fixed. I do have some information regarding her computer if it's needed. Thanks!
