I use a web page (www.iwon.com) that used to work fine in IE. Every once in a while it would get added to some resticted list and it would stop working. I'd go in to IE security or popup blocker, remove it, and it would work fine again.

A few days ago, it stopped working. It was on the IE restricted sites list (tools - internet options - security), so I removed it. The site still doesn't work, and it shows as a restricted site in the lower right corner of the browser (red symbol). When I go back to the restricted site list in IE, it's not listed.

I tried to add it as a trusted site (to see what would happen), and I get a message saying that site is already in another zone. But I can't find it listed anywhere.

Any ideas on how I can find where it is so I can fix it? Also, how does it get automatically added as a restricted site?
