ok when following a link ie http://www.raymond.cc/blog/ i get a 404 not found error but if i put it http://raymond.cc/blog/ the site opens but with no styles it's just text also i have the same sort of trouble with rapidshare.com if i am downloading i sometimes have to change the link to include http://www.rapidshare.com and sometimes just http://rapidshare.com. I am running vista ultimate with firefox but it is the same with ie please help

I tried all four links you provided in your post with no problems. This leads me to believe the problem lies either;

1) within your browsers settings

2) something else you have loaded which has to do with the internet (firewall, security programs, et al)

3) Vista (no surprise there). I don't have Vista so I can't help with this element.

Check your browser settings (ie; trusted sites etc)

Check your Firewall settings (ie; trusted sites etc)

Check any security program settings (ie; SpyWare/MalWare programs etc)
