When I try to go to my hotmail, I can get to the MSN home page, but then I can go no further. I get a "cannot display webpage" message. I have install and uninstalled several things but nothing I do seems to work. I am running windows xp. Any suggestions? Thanks

Did it ever work? If so try a System Restore back to when it did work.

What have you installed and or uninstalled?

There are so many possible trouble spots with such an issue from your Modem/Router/Firewall configuration to a Virus and or Malware.

Hi. I did try the system restore. Did not work. I did run regcure. but it did not help either. I also deleted some files and did a system scan on the firewall. The modem is working. So far everything I have done has not work. Thanks for trying.
