I cant open anything in a new window i think i clicked on somthing but Idk what if u can help I would greatly appreciate it.

In Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing there is a line that reads: Reuse window for launching shortcuts etc. Uncheck it.

In IE7 you can open in New Tabs.

In Folder Options > View there is: Launch folder windows in a separate process.
