help please i get about 3000 return e-mails each day without sending any e-mails out.i"m a learner can anyone help me very fustrating.

These will most certainly be spams. Try to obtain a spam filter or if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express then you can create spam rules to filter it.

Thanks i have increased my spam filter they have slowed down think i might have a virus that is sending out my e-mail address any other ideas cheers

Thanks Spybot seems to have fixed my problem ,i am using avast anti virus does this have adware in it. thanks for your help i will be back if still have issues. cheers daza
