can't get in some sites
Hi all, my problem started about a week ago, I switched on and went into IE as usual but I could not access any of my forums and one or two websites I have saved in my favourites I downloaded Firefox and can access these forums and sites easily, I downloaded IE7 as I thought this would help but it has made no difference, my PC is about 4 or 5 years old now and getting a bit full, any ideas on how I can get the sites to open up in IE as well as Firefox?

Clear out IE completely. History; Cookies; etc.
Try typing the address in the address bar. In other words do not use your Favorites links.
Go to start Run... cmd
Then type: ipconfig /flushdns
Also check your Firewall settings as well as Security settings in IE. Check Restricted sites etc.
Get all Windows Critical Updates from Windows Update.
