Hi, I'm currently having a problem with my internet. It's taking a long long time to start up the internet everytime I try to open it. About 2 min+. It runs smoothly afterwards, but then whenever I try to click a pop-up link, it freezes for about 5 minutes, and then nothing happens. I'm using IE6 right now. I have no spyware or anything on my computer, and I've also tried disabling pop-up blockers. Now I have no idea what to do, I urgently need this fixed as I have to send in my university application. If it is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem.

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
