Whenever I check emails I sometimes get a square with a red X in the corner instead of a picture. This also happens with some web pages. I tried tweaking the registry based on advice from the microsoft website but that didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe someone has had this problem themselves. Thanks S.

jephree Thanks for taking the time to consider my delemma. I take it from your references that this is a common problem. I am going to follow up on suggestions you referred me to but unfortunately someone deleted the emails with the "X" in them, so I can't see if anything worked.
