i hope someone can help with this, i am trying to find out what software and where or if i can can get it do you need to make downloading with dial-up faster, like the software witch some call Speed Accelerator that can vary image quality. they use it at "www.dodo.com.au" or "www.ripper.com.au" and other ISP's.
