I have a laptop that no matter how I hook it up, it wont go online. I have removed every program that could be blocking internet access.
I have it hooked up to a router with another laptop that works just fine.
I have no idea what to do. The people at cox were NO HELP!

BTW it got online once, to google, but couldnt do a search, go back to the homepage, or to any other pages
