Hello, For some reason when I click on a link that opens a new IE Window, the window pops up, but does not show any information, it is blank. Nothing appears on the screen and nothing appears in the url box. Does anyone know what to do abou this?

Try clicking start then Run... then type or copy paste this line

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

If that doesn't work then follow the rest of this page:

jephree, Thanks! My IT guy was remote controling my computer all morning, what a waste of time.

jephree, by the way, it worked, however, I needed to replace all of the dll files per the instructions on the link.
