i let some one use my computer... doh! they accidently deleted the bookmarks from my bt yahoo browser toolbar. first i tried visiting the individual pages and clicking 'add bookmark' but they apear on the yahoo homepage bookmarks section, not the toolbar like they did before this happened. i cant seem to export them back to the toolbar from my yahoo homepage. the yahoo 'help' suggests downloading 'companion' but the yahoo toolbar download page says 'companion does not support your browser'. i thought that since this is the yahoo browser am i missing something here? so i tried to download a new version of the yahoo browser, guess what... nothing happens! then i tried switching my browser to ms IE; saving all the bookmarks and exporting them to the IE toolbar favourites. apparently you need a program called favtool.exe to convert them. however microsoft downloads seem to think this program does not exist. all i want to do is access my bookmarks from my browser toolbar, but im tearing my hair out with all this nonsense. any suggestions?
