    Red face Can't open certain windows

    I can't seem to open certian windows, It seem to be any windows that i want to make purchases or if there is a sign on screen with passwords. I have gone into my internet options, security, then try to lower my security and it will not allow me to. the level is medium and i am not sure if this is why I can't go to certain windows, can anyone help?

    Medium Security is Default and should not be a problem. You might check out the Restricted Sites tab.

    Also:

    Try turning off your Pop-Up blocker: Tools > Pop-up blocker.

    Many of these internal site boxes are seen as pop-ups.


    Also:

    Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

    If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

    start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
