I have Bellsouth internet but am going to have it disconnected. So I will have no telephone or internet. To use Netzero do I have to have the phone connected or do they connect over the existing lines independent of Bellsouth. I asked Nerzero but they couldnt understand that I meant I will have the physical line, just not the connection.Thanks for any help.

you need an actual working phone line, they cannot give u internet through a dead line

You wll have to have a phone line installed by a Phone company.You can get one that offers both phone and Internet in a package, or just have the phone company install the line and then choose any Internet provide you want.
