when a message gets set from person to person or office to office you get all the names and e mail address of the people who have recieved the joke or picture how do you delete all the former people or e mail address and just keep the joke so when you send to someone else theres just your name and e mail address

I'm not big on emails tezz but i would just copy/paste whatever it is in to a new email and send it like that

If you use Outlook, you can open the email and click on "Edit" then Edit messages....That will allow you to remove the content of the email.
