Calling all expert firefox users!!!

Ok I tried installing the update yesterday for Firefox and I thought it finished, but then nothing would work. It seemed like it was frozen....Grrrrr.

Anyway the error message that I get is this: "The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please restart."

I would really LOVE to get this problem solved as I have alot of stuff saved in my favorites that I access on a daily basis! :mrgreen:

Firefox is back up & running again, thanks to my dear brother Chopperman. Took his precious "time" to help me out!!
