I personally didn't like it, and especially it didn't even say what Firefox was!

It looks 'tacky' in my opinion . Is this the first advertisement Mozilla have made?. You'd have thought they would try to 'knock your socks off' with their first attempt.
This just looks like they are trying to be smart IMO.

That I'm not sure, it may be a 3rd party ad, which is what I'm thinking. But I don't like it either, it doesn't even say what firefox is! :roll:

I really like that ad.
My problem with it is, like you say, it doesn't really sell Firefox. Unless you know what it is and use it already you're unlikely to get it. It's preaching to the converted. I'm no marleting genius, but to my mind if they want to go mass-market they need to be really telling people what Firefox is, how easy it is to install and why they should use it etc etc

I like the first half of the ad. The combat might appeal to people who play those types of games. I don't get the grocery store at all.
