I'm using Opera. It's a little faster, more secure, and has more tweaks then firefox. I like it. It is just a matter of what you prefer. I do like the spell-checker on opera the best too!
I've recently tried Opera and the new Opera beta version but i still found myself coming back to Firefox. I didn't notice any extra speed in Opera :?. Infact, once i had found a few 'tweaks' for Firefox i'd say it was Firefox that was faster on my pc :banana:Originally Posted by Ren Craig

As soon as I went back to the older Firefox, my connection speed improved from 48,000bps to 49,296 bps.
As far as pipelining goes. I created the new user.js folder, but every time I attempt to open it, MS AntiSpyware gives me an alert. Should I just allow it? Because at this point, I cannot open the user.js folder to paste the code into it.

This link (provided by Tyler) gives you an easier way to do it Blizey. I thought the instructions in the first link were a bit vague IMO.

Thanks, Vidster! That was pretty easy.
Chopper, I am really glad that you started this thread. I never suspected Firefox. Here I was doing every scan for spyware on my computer, to determine why is had slowed down so much! So, Thanks for bring it to our attention!
