Hi,

We have this really big problem with the internet, when we are trying to watch a video on the internet such as youtube, myvideo... or downloading stuff.

The problem is, when we try to watch any video on youtube for example, it will just load half way through, just a little bit or sometime it will load all the way. But you just don't know when it going to stop, it will just stop at anytime it want. It also do the same thing if we are trying to download anything of the internet or upgrade. It will stop anytime even if it is halfway of downloading.

As you can guess how anoying this can be!!!

It defonately not a virus or low/slow/poor internet conection as we have upgraded to the fastest internet speed with virgin. Yes, when we surf it is very fast but it just anything to do with beuffering or downloading. it will just stop anytime!!

We have three machine using this router, our PC downstairs is conected to the router and we use two wieress laptops to conect to it. (all three machine have the same problem so it must be somehting to do with the conection) It use to be fine before, when it was just a PC and my laptop, but as soon as my little brother got his laptop, my step dad must of change something then this problem begun straight away!!! even he himself doesn't know what he done.

anyone know why this is happening!!

Check your Event Viewer via Administrative Tools.

Open the System as well as Application tabs and look for red X errors that coincide with your problem. Details here:
