Hi, I have a someone who would like to be able to block e-mails that someone is sending to then. Not junk mail but to stop it from getting that far along. So they will not receive it. Thanks.

If someone sends an email to you, it will come to the email server that hosts your email account. What happens after that depends on your email client (the email program used to read email) and it's filter options - none of which we know about because we know nothing this computer, the operating system, or email program used. Most email programs have "Rules" or filters that can look for specific email addresses, word in addresses, or other unique identifiers, and automatically delete them - move to the recycle bin.

Alternatively, you ask the sender to stop sending. And if this email is junk or spam, NEVER click on a link that says, "To stop receiving these emails, click here" - for that simply verifies with the spammer your email address is still valid - and can be sold to other spammers. Or, clicking the link might download malware and infect your machine. Or clicking might do both.
