Can any other computer in your home network (f you even have one) access that website? Did you switch your wireless router or just your ISP or both? I suggest, if possible, that you connect your computer directly to the modem and see if you can pull it up then. The website lists IE 6, Firefox, & Bobby (?) browsers as having been tested for use on that sire. If you just installed IE 7 then you might want to uninstall it and go back to IE 6 or try firefox.
