Can anyone help please- I have a toshiba laptop that wont let me use the flash player in internet explorer. It used to- but now doesn't connect it. When I use firefox it works on some pages but not on others. I have tried uninstalling it & re-installing it but to no avail. Also when I try to download it - it says its completed but when you look its actually only downloaded part of the file.
Also - not sure if its connected but it says I have used a lot of the memory on the laptop- but have actually not used very much- I have tried a clean up programme but was wondering if stuff could may be stored somewhere I wasn't aware of.

any help would be very grateful
