Question ehttp... %7%34%... redirecting "thing" help:(

hi, my problem is with something that keeps on changeing my home page to ehttp.cc... something and it has lots of %signs and numbers mixed together. this is very annoying as i have to change it back every time... and i'm also getting lots of popups. i scaned my comp. with hijackthis, but i'm too scared to mess around with those files as i know from experience what can happen if i delete the wrong ones . Please help, and here is my scaned list:

    Download, update and run
    CWShredder
Click Fix, don't just scan. Let it fix everything it asks about.

Reboot, then post a fresh HJT log.
