Hi Lee and Welcome. Setting up OE is easy, but you need some information from your email provider about your account first. Usually the ISP or your email provider will show how on their websites. If you want OE to check your GMail account, Hotmail, Yahoo, or some other email, they will have instructions too. We might be able to help with some if you tell us who the email provider is, but your best bet is to contact the provider.

Do NOT post your full email address in any public accessable site, such as here because bad guys "troll" for addresses. So if you need to provide an example enter "at" instead of "@", or something to that effect.
