When I would run the "ONE CLICK SUPPORT" page, it would come back with these 2 RESULTS: "LIVE UPDATE COMMAND LINE REGISTRATION---STATUS: NOT FIXED" & "CHECK FOR AUTOPROTECT---STATUS: NOT FIXED". i have no idea what to do to correct this, if it can be corrected. No one seems to know the answer.
