Hey guys,

I've looked at where my IP says I live and it says I live 100 miles north of myself...... Any ideas why this is happening? Seems to be a relativly recent thing and my internet does seem to be slower too.

Your IP address is registered to your Internet provider - not you. So perhaps their address is 100 miles north.

oh, okies. Just last week it was registered in my town. Must be maintenance or something

Could be - as long as the first 2 octets (first two set of 3 numbers in the IP) are the same, I would not worry.
